Refund Policy



Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from your parcel's delivery date if your item has arrived  damaged or faulty in any way. 

If you have ordered from outside of the UK, you will have 21 days to return your item from your parcel's delivery date..

Please keep in mind that your return must be back with us on or before the 14th day for UK customers and 21 days for other countries!

Full price items must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags still attached.

Maison Artisan protects all rights to reject any items if we deem your item to have been tampered with, caused damaged to or made unauthorized alterations to obtain a full refund.

If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch at admin@maisonartisan.co.uk and we will be more than happy to provide you with an exchange or a refund.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimate items and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items!


Exchanges
An exchange will be offered if your item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, (if the item was received damaged or faulty) and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
